recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. Stopped into the slacks creek store yesterday after seeing one of the ads on market place for the slabs. I can only say positive things for this company, from the quality of the timber to the great customer service I received I was very happy. Made it worth the 4 hour drive to get there and I will definitely be back to purchase again. Highly recommend checking these guys out ?

Finding a quality supplier is very difficult. I went there looking for 3 very unique pieces of camphor wood for a serving platter I'm making for a client. He showed me all he's options until he then opened a truck filled with camphor wood. I got the perfect pieces. Beautiful in colour and natural pattern and very unique in shape. Not only do I get what I come for every time but they give me discounts and help me out. For a business their very generous, they won't tell you something they don't know and they'll refund you if you change your mind on what you purchased. It truly goes to show their not just about business but to gain an honest and respectful relationship with customers. Love these guys, love their work and will definitely be seeing them soon.

Very helpful fast and confident. These guys are honest blokes, they'll give you anything from tips and techniques they use to the perfect piece of wood you could look for.

All of your country/rustic style furniture in one place. I loved the alternatives and they even sell epoxy resin for the DIY furniture enthusiasts. Anyone dreaming of going into DIY woodworking, David is the the only guy on the Gold Coast to see.
